Brandy Recipes

• 2 oz Brandy
• 2 tsp Maraschino liqueur
• 1 dash Bitters
• 2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
• Ice

Wet the edge of a cocktail glass with lemon and dip the rim into granulated sugar. Place a spiral cut lemon rind on the edge of the glass. Stir the ingredients and strain into the glass, add an orange wedge to the rim opposite the lemon spiral. Served with straws.
