Brandy Recipes

Brandy Recipe Name: Brandy Julep
  • 2 1/2 oz Brandy
  • 5 Mint Leaves
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
  • Shaved Ice

Put sugar, mint leaves, and brandy into glass first. Then fill the glass with finely shaved ice & stir until mint rises to top. Stir gently to stop bruised leaves. Top with a slice of pineapple (or orange) and a cherry. Serve with straws.

Note, do not hold the glass while stirring or the shaved ice will begin to melt.
