Barrier Reef

A delicious recipe for Barrier Reef, with gin, Cointreau® orange liqueur and vanilla ice cream. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
3 cl gin
2 cl Cointreau® orange liqueur
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Method:
Blend ingredients together in a blender. Pour into a champagne saucer, and serve.
