Irish Cream Liqueur

A delicious recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur, with condensed milk, Irish whiskey, eggs, cream, chocolate syrup, coffee, vanilla extract and almond extract. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 – 3/4 cup Irish whiskey
4 eggs
1 cup cream
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
1 tsp brown sugar
6 oz hot coffee
heavy cream

Method:
Combine whiskey, sugar and coffee in a mug and stir to dissolve. Float cold cream gently on top. Do not mix.

Irish Coffee #3

Ingredients:
4 strips oranges peel
4 strips lemons peel
16 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
2 tsp sugar
1/4 pint Irish whiskey
3/4 pint strong hot coffee
powdered sugar
3 tbsp whipped cream

Method:
1. Stud the strips of orange and lemon peel with 2 cloves each and place them in a frying pan or chafing dish with the stick of cinnamon and the 2 teaspoons of sugar. Place over moderate heat, stirring occationally with a wooden spoon, until the sugar has melted.

2. Pour the irish whiskey into the pan and light a match to the liquid. (Be sure to step back since the flame will flare up instantly.) Shake the pan to and fro slowly until the flame dies out. Pour in the hot coffee all at once and let it come to a simmer. Remove from the heat.

3. Rub the cut edge of a strip of lemon peel around the inside of each the irish coffee cup and dip it into a dish of caster sugar so that the sugar adheres to the inside rim. Pour in the coffee, trying not to disturb the sugar.

Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream.

Method:

1 1/2 oz Old Tom® gin
2 tbsp cream
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 fresh egg white
1/4 oz club soda
1 tbsp powdered sugar
3-4 drops orange flower water

Method:
Add the ingredients except club soda to a chilled mixer and shake for at least one minute. Strain into a thin goblet and top off with chilled club soda, to taste.
