Irish Cream Liqueur

A delicious recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur, with Scotch whisky, half-and-half, condensed milk, coconut syrup and chocolate syrup. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
1 cup Scotch whisky
1 1/4 cups half-and-half
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 drops coconut syrup
1 tbsp chocolate syrup

Method:
Mix scotch and milk. Add half-and-half. Add syrups, and serve in wine glasses.

A delicious recipe for Irish Cream, Home Made #2, with eggs, condensed milk, whipping cream, chocolate syrup, coconut syrup, vodka and brandy. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 pint whipping cream
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 drops coconut syrup
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup brandy

Method:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until well stirred. Consume within two weeks. Some ingredients are perishable. Store in an airtight container so you can shake it before each use. The chocolate settles at the bottom.
