Irish Cream Liqueur #2

A delicious recipe for Irish Cream Liqueur #2, with eggs, evaporated milk, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, coffee, sugar and Irish whiskey. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp instant coffee
1/4 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups Irish whiskey

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in a refrigerator. Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.

Homemade Coquito Bueno

A delicious recipe for Homemade Coquito Bueno, with Coco Lopez® cream of coconut, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, eggs, vanilla ice cream, cinnamon and white rum. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
4 cans Coco Lopez® cream of coconut
3 cans evaporated milk
3 cans condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
powdered cinnamon to taste
1 liter white rum

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend well. Store in glass bottles, and place in refrigerator.
