Acapulco Clam Digger

A delicious recipe for Acapulco Clam Digger, with tequila, tomato juice, clam juice, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco® sauce. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz tequila
3 oz tomato juice
3 oz clam juice
3/4 tbsp horseradish
1 splash fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco® sauce

Method:
Mix over cracked ice in an lowball glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon. Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6 oz.) for the tomato juice and the clam juice.

Eye Opening Bloody Mary

A delicious recipe for Eye Opening Bloody Mary, with vodka, V8® vegetable juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice, Tabasco® sauce, celery salt and red cayenne peppers. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
750 ml vodka
46 oz can V8® vegetable juice
3 tbsp white horseradish
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp Tabasco® sauce
1 1/2 tsp celery salt
1 tsp ground red cayenne peppers

Method:
Add half amount of V8 juice to pitcher. Add all other ingredients, except vodka and stir vigorously. Add remaining amount of V8 juice and stir again. Add vodka; stir once more. Pour into ice-filled glasses, garnish with celery stalks and serve. (Serves 12-13)
