8 oz hot chocolate
1 1/2 oz whipped cream

Method:
Pour butterscotch schnapps (buttershots) into an 8 oz. mug and fill with hot chocolate. Garnish with whipped cream.

Fancy Scotch

A delicious recipe for Fancy Scotch, with Scotch whisky, triple sec, superfine sugar, bitters and lemon. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
2 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 tsp triple sec
1/4 tsp superfine sugar
2 dashes bitters
1 twist lemon peel

Method:
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch, triple sec, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.

Hot Butter Scotch Toddy

A delicious recipe for Hot Butter Scotch Toddy, with Famous Grouse® Scotch whisky, butter, brown sugar and water. Also lists similar drink recipes.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Famous Grouse® Scotch whisky
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
6 oz boiling water

Method:
Measure the Scotch whisky in a toddy glass. Place brown sugar or honey in a measuring cup or other heatproof small container. Spoon in butter, and pour on 2 oz (1/3) of the hot water; stir till butter and sugar are completely dissolved into a syrupy consistency (about 30 secs). Pour on the rest of the water, stir briefly, then pour the works on top of the Scotch. Stir gently; serve.

Serve in:
Irish Coffee Cup
